This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on lallsons.online (“Site”), operated by Lall Sons Education Technology.
1. General Policy — Non-Refundable
All courses purchased on this Site are non-refundable by default, once payment is successfully completed and access is granted. This is because course access, materials, and resources are made available to you immediately upon purchase.
2. Course-Specific Refund Terms
- Certain courses may be eligible for a refund, and if so, the specific refund eligibility, conditions, and window will be clearly mentioned on that course’s individual course detail page.
- If no refund terms are mentioned on a course’s detail page, that course is strictly non-refundable.
- It is the responsibility of the user to review the refund terms on the course detail page before making a purchase.
3. Cancellations
- Once a course is purchased and access is granted, the enrollment cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests before payment confirmation (e.g., failed/pending transactions) are handled automatically by Razorpay and do not require separate action from the user.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
- In case of a failed transaction where money is deducted but course access is not granted, or a duplicate payment is made, users may contact us for resolution.
- Verified failed/duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, as per Razorpay’s processing timelines.
5. Refund Process (for eligible courses only)
- Refund requests must be raised by emailing us at lallsonseducation@gmail.com within the window specified on the respective course detail page.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases, regardless of course-specific eligibility:
- Change of mind after course access has been used/accessed
- Failure to complete the course within the access period
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
