From the classroom to building an institution

My journey started back in my own 11th and 12th classes. I was good at solving tough concepts in my own way, but I saw how badly my classmates suffered when teachers kept changing again and again. The constant shifts created confusion and fear among students. That experience made me want to teach myself — to build strong basics for students so they never feel lost the way we did.

Later, when I worked in different institutes, I understood the real problem: teachers were underpaid, overworked, and treated unfairly, while institutions made big profits. A tired and stressed teacher cannot give their best, and this directly hurts students. To change this, I started Lall Sons Education Technology. It is not just another coaching center, but a mission to give teachers respect, fair pay, and balance in life. When teachers are happy and supported, they can guide students with full passion — and that is how true learning and success happens.
